The number 12 represents wholeness—a powerful symbol in both the 12-step recovery tradition and yogic philosophy. At Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery), we believe that true healing happens when mind, body, and spirit are integrated—and when no one is left out of the journey.

The Power of 12: Whole Healing, Whole Community is a movement to expand the reach and impact of Y12SR programs, making holistic recovery more accessible and sustainable for all.

Your donation will directly support:

• Scholarships for individuals to become certified Y12SR Peer Support Guides

• Fair compensation for Peer Support Guides leading Y12SR meetings in not-for-profit organizations and underserved communities

• Access to healing spaces by covering the cost for individuals who cannot afford to donate to attend Y12SR meetings

• Hiring Y12SR’s first Executive Director to provide strong, mission-driven leadership

• Establishing a central platform to manage and grow relationships—with individuals, treatment centers, community partners, and funders
