The Manor

The Manor offers a unique model of minor assisted living — providing the support seniors need to remain independent without the medical services of a traditional nursing home or assisted living facility. Residents live in their own apartments while accessing helpful services such as housekeeping, laundry assistance, medical alert systems, and meal delivery. These supports allow older adults to stay safely in their homes longer, maintain stability, and preserve their dignity. Donor-funded scholarships ensure that seniors with limited income can receive these essential services regardless of their ability to pay. Your generosity helps our older neighbors age comfortably, confidently, and with the independence they deserve.

The Family Investment Foundation is a 501(c)3 component unit of Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC), the public housing authority for Knoxville and Knox County and the redevelopment agency for the City of Knoxville.
