CCF 2023 Fall Campaign

Connecting Communities and Families, Inc.a 501 c3 was founded in 2009 by Rosie F. Palmer, MSHRM in response to the ripple effects that mass incarceration was having on individuals, families, and the surrounding community. The mission of Connecting Communities and Families, Inc. (CCF) is to provide educational resources and programs, employment opportunities, and social services for all citizens, regardless of their legal background, throughout Metropolitan Atlanta's Promise Zone.
