The remains of an adult female (NamUs UP#150119) were discovered on May 18, 2025 in San Francisco, California. She is estimated to have been between 40–60 years old at the time of death. She was approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, 107 pounds, with red/auburn hair, and green eyes. Her face was recognizable at the time of recovery.

She had numerous distinctive tattoos, including an oriental-style dragon wrapping around her left arm, flowers on her left wrist, a trident on both inner wrists, a large ribcage-like tattoo with eyes at each shoulder on her back, a small filigree tattoo on her lower back, a small black star on her right stomach, and cursive text with the phrases “self-care,” “you always have your breath,” and “Pray, Meditate, Laugh” on her right forearm. Additional tattoos included an angel in a red dress with a halo and crescent moon above her head standing on an eight ball on her left lower leg, a black flower on her left elbow, and an octopus-like animal on her right upper arm. Despite her many distinctive tattoos, no matches were found in a search of the FBI’s Tattoo Database.

At the time of recovery, she was wearing a black beanie cap, pink windbreaker, blue parka, black cheetah-patterned bra, sleeveless undershirt, dark gray shirt, black underpants, black pants, black socks, black athletic shoes size 39, and black gloves. She also had two silver metal hoops in her nose. She was also found with a blue and white patterned handkerchief.
