Thanks for your interest in our golf outing. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE REGISTERING. DUE TO THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS ONLINE PLATFORM, WE HAVE A FEW INSTRUCTIONS. If you are golfing and not providing some sort of sponsorship, please register using the Individual Golfer ticket. You can register yourself and your whole team using this option. The form will ask for names and email addresses for tickets. You can use the same email address for all of them unless you want to provide individual addresses. If you are golfing AND want to provide a company sponsorship, please choose the SWELL or TSUNAMI options and MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE A QUANTITY OF 4 to equal the $250 or $1000 level. Then, you can complete the information for each golfer. Please make sure to include your company name for sponsorship purposes. If you are solely interested in providing sponsorship and not interested in golfing, please click the button that says "No thanks, I'd just like to donate" and proceed to the preferred level at which you'd like to sponsor.
