We are a New York City-based physical theatre company led by Founding Artistic Director Mark Lonergan — a three-time Drama Desk Award nominee who has spent his career proving that stories told through the body can speak to anyone, of any age, from any background.

Our productions have delighted audiences at The New Victory Theater, Lincoln Center, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. New York Magazine called our work something audiences could watch "again and again." But the performances that matter most to us? The ones in Brooklyn library branches, community gardens, and public school gymnasiums — where a child who has never seen live theatre discovers it for the first time.

What Your Gift Makes Possible

Mainstage Productions — Original works of physical theatre that fill NYC venues with laughter, wonder, and the kind of storytelling that transcends language. Recent productions include Sunrise Circus, Sunset Circus, I'll Take It, and Move It!, which have toured from Brooklyn to Montreal, Vermont to Washington State.

Workshops for Kids — Free, hands-on circus, mime, tap, and clown workshops for kids across all five boroughs, in partnership with organizations like the Brooklyn Public Library. These sessions give underserved youth access to world-class performing arts training — and the confidence that comes with it.

Free Community Performances — Because great theatre shouldn't require a ticket. Each season, we bring free performances to neighborhoods throughout New York City, showing up where families already are: their libraries, parks, and community spaces.
