As our everyday lives have been turned upside-down by the COVID-19 pandemic, children may be asking many questions of parents and caregivers about the disease. Schools have closed, we may be experiencing job changes, are unable to see extended family and friends, and all of this may be causing worry and stress among our children and household in general. We invite you to support The Parish School’s virtual “UnLuncheon,” held Thursday, October 1, 2020, featuring guest speaker, Ellen Dodge, who provides timely advice for teachers and parents on how to help children understand and communicate their feelings.

This year’s luncheon looks and feels a bit different. Termed the “UnLuncheon,” this year’s event has the same mission, but will be streamed live, attended online, and no lunch will be served. Since we are unable to sell our typical sponsored tables and luncheon tickets, we are thinking creatively to achieve our fundraising goals. We are excited to share that since anyone, anywhere can stream this event, we can market our ticket sales to not only our typical “in-person” luncheon attendees, but to other professional colleagues across the country, regardless of their location.
Tickets for the virtual UnLuncheon start at $30 per registration. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. For those who traditionally purchase a table to the Luncheon, we encourage you to consider a donation to The Parish School’s financial assistance fund on the day of the event.
