We are so thankful for the community emerging through the Companioning Center! We are offering more courses and training programs that allow students to enter into the spiritual formation journey as well as providing opportunities for our presenters to offer their gifts. Since the beginning of the year, we have offered 15 formational workshops and courses impacting a total of 119 students. And we are just getting started!

As with building a house, the foundation is critical, and it takes a long time. This has proven true with the Companioning Center and we are still forming our foundation. This community is proving to be a large part of our callings and our lives. We celebrate where we have been and we have great hopes for where we are headed.

The Companioning Center holds as foundational an ethic of justice that includes accessibility, sustainability, and affordability while we provide excellent experiential learning. In keeping with those values we are already at work on moving to a new platform that includes a mobile app, accommodates new courses with a variety of instructors, and offers a community platform for sharing resources and conversations.

At this crossroad, we as leaders in this community, are enlisting your partnership of prayer and support for laying a strong foundation. In order for the Companioning Center to continue to be accessible and affordable while we pursue non-profit designation, we need immediate funding to keep us sustainable. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to sustain the Center as we move to the end of 2023.
