Pathway to Caring

Family Care Health Centers is opening a new health center in Dutchtown, one of St. Louis City's most populated neighborhoods.  Our integrated care model will offer community members convenient primary care, behavioral health, nutrition services, WIC, and pharmaceutical services, right at the corner of Grand and Chippewa.  

You can be part of the Pathway to Caring!  Help bring high-quality, comprehensive health care to Dutchtown!  Purchase a brick with your name, your business's name, or the name of a loved one who benefited from community health center care.
