This is the Shriver Family's second year to hold the Patrick Shriver Golf Memorial Fundraiser in honor of Patrick's birthday. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the Patrick Shriver Memorial Fund for Mental Health at the Holmes County Education & Community Foundation. The goal is to raise $25,000 to make it an endowed fund so that grants can be distributed annually for the purpose of helping others through mental health services.

Come celebrate Patrick's birthday with us doing the thing he loved---A 4-man golf scramble for 18 holes. Patrick was an avid golfer and loved some good friendly competition. Let's make this a fun day to honor him and do his favorite thing!

Included in ticket registration will be 18 holes, a golf cart, 1st place prize, door prizes, hot dog/drink/chips at the turn.

$100.00/ person ($400/team)

Must pre pay, no day of registrations or day of payments will be accepted.

Raffle for door prizes
Optional-Skins: $20.00/team (best unmatched score at each hole)*
Optional-Mulligans: $20.00/team (1 extra shot whenever through the whole day)*

*Skins and Mulligans may be paid in cash day of registration.
