Hope With I.A.N. (Inner Awareness Now) was created in loving memory of Ian Strain, a kind and
compassionate young man who deeply connected with others and cherished the present moment.
Ian lost his life to mental illness in 2023 at just 21 years old. His life and legacy inspire our mission
every day: to break the stigma surrounding mental health and provide support for those who need it
most.
