In 2 weeks we're heading back to Denver for Junior Nationals! Ekow starts with a triathlon on Sunday, followed by a week packed with track, field, swimming, powerlifting and reconnecting with some amazing athletes and friends. He is a part of PCAS an organization that supports athletes with disabilities in PA. If you can, please support PCAS!
