Almost every week, dogs and cats like these come to PetConnect Rescue from overcrowded and under-resourced shelters. For these pets, it's a new and hopeful beginning. For the shelter workers who watch them go, it's an opportunity to save more lives. When we say "yes" to accepting these dogs and cats, it's the first link in a chain of connections- The Hope Connection.

In order to complete that hope connection, we have to start with one very important connection- the dogs and cats have to take a road (or air) trip to make their way to PetConnect Rescue.

It costs an average of $240 to bring a pet from an overcrowded shelter to PetConnect rescue, and this year we want to connect 100 more dogs and cats to hope and home.

If we reach our goal of $24k, PetConnect Resue can bring 100 dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters to the love and safety of a PetConnect foster home, giving them the gift of hope for a new life.

Your gift of $240 will make that hope connection for one dog or cat.
Your gift of $50 will provide one dog or cat with vaccines and a health certificate to travel.
You gift of $24 will provide one dog or cat with one of the necessary vaccines for travel.
