At the Mediation Center, we believe peace isn’t just the absence of conflict—it’s something we create, together. For the past four years, Peace in the Park has brought neighbors, families, and local organizations together to celebrate community, connection, and healing in a fun, free, and inclusive way.

Held each fall in Savannah’s beautiful Daffin Park, Peace in the Park is more than an event—it’s a movement. With music, food, wellness activities, youth art, mindfulness stations, community resources, and free conflict resolution tools, we invite every person—young or old—to experience what peace looks and feels like in everyday life.

💛 Why It Matters

Every day, our team at the Mediation Center works with people in conflict. Sometimes it’s a landlord and tenant, other times it's a family member, neighbor, or teen. And while we mediate thousands of cases each year, our deepest work happens when we empower people with tools before conflict begins.

Peace in the Park gives us a chance to:
