We are a non profit 501(c)3 and Seminole is our home. We have been working alongside the Seminole Best Buds, Seminole Downtown District, and Seminole Chamber of Commerce to improve downtown, and this tornado has hit downtown the hardest. All funds raised will be directly applied to relief efforts that will benefit our friends, neighbors and businesses in the city of Seminole.

Severe storms moved across Oklahoma Wednesday afternoon into the night, bringing tornadoes that caused widespread damage in parts of the state.

Widespread tornado damage was reported in Seminole, and downtown Seminole might have been hit the hardest.

Power outages have also been reported across Seminole. The American Red Cross set up a shelter at the Haney Center of Seminole State College to help residents affected by the storms.

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt is expected to survey damage in Seminole on Thursday.
