The BF Community Bike Project is celebrating nearly 13 years of service to the community!

In addition to providing affordable refurbished bicycles and repairs, we teach bike repair skills to youth and adults, and have fun summer riding events. Our Duet Wheelchair Bike rides provide an opportunity for local seniors and people with physical challenges to get out and ride around the neighborhoods.

How It Works:

The Challenge: "It's your thing, do what you wanna do." Set a personal goal that will be fun and challenging. Not just biking...indoor bikes, walking, hiking and kayaking are ok too!

Some examples:

Single Day Milage: Test your limits .... 10/25/50/100 miles?
Cumulative Miles: Ride a total of 100/200/300 miles over 8-weeks?
Consistency: Bike 3-days per week? Walk every night after work?
Social: Organize a weekly group ride or hike with friends?

Teams (optional): Buddy up! If you like, you can invite friends/family and create a Team.

Fundraising and Raffle Prizes*: Now you’re in it, let’s win it!

Seek donations from friends, family & co-workers, (no per-mile requirement). There is a "Share" button on your personal profile that allows you to share a link to your page through email, Facebook, etc. Donations made through your link will be added to your total.

Earn a chance to win amazing prizes when you reach the threshold of $50 raised/donated. Earn another raffle chance for each additional $25 raised.

Week 6: ML Fitness - 4 private coaching sessions
Week 7: Vermont Shepard Cheese Selection
Week 8: Grafton Inn - Burgers and Brew for Four

*All staff, board members and fundraising committee members are ineligible to win raffle prizes.

The top three individual fundraisers will choose from:
