People 4 People Productions (P4PP) is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people through storytelling, film media literacy education, and creative technology.

We work with youth from historically under-resourced communities to ensure they are not just consumers of media—but confident creators, leaders, and changemakers.

Through hands-on programs in film and media literacy, smartphone filmmaking, storytelling, and emerging creative tools, P4PP provides young people with the skills, equipment, and platforms they need to tell their own stories with purpose and power.

Our work strengthens critical thinking, creativity, communication, and confidence—while building real pathways to opportunity in today’s media and technology-driven world.

At the heart of our mission is a belief in narrative justice: communities deserve to define themselves, preserve their culture, and be represented with dignity. By centering youth voice and lived experience, P4PP helps protect community stories during times of rapid change and creates spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and valued.
