Hello! My name is Kaia, and I am the VP of Programming for the UW Madison chapter of Perfect Pair. My work with Perfect Pair is incredibly meaningful to me, and I appreciate your support as we create authentic intergenerational connections. I have been meeting with my pair, Corinne, since December of 2023, and we have formed a close bond. Corinne shared early on that she was not very interested in doing specific activities each week, she just wanted somebody to talk to. So every week, we meet and engage in meaningful conversations, learning about each other's lives and experiences. I've even had the pleasure of getting to meet her family and sometimes meeting with her and her daughters, listening to them share some of their favorite memories with me. I genuinely look forward to meeting with Corinne each week and always have a wonderful time talking with her and hearing her stories and wisdom.
