Every year, the Philadelphia Bookstore Crawl pools together indie bookstores throughout the Greater Philadelphia region for a day of deals, events, giveaways, authors talks, and more.

And well, we could use your help!

While we've built wonderful partnerships with publishing friends and local organizations for giveaways and event space, some parts of the crawl do cost actual money.

Hiring an artist and paying them fairly.
Printing postcards and bookmarks to get the word out, as well as cards to keep track of shops. Those were very popular last year!
Paying for travel to get industry guests here for talks from New York and Boston.
And possibly more?

See? It adds up, friends! Your donations will help, and take a lot of the stress off us. The goal is just $3,000, though if we manage to fundraise more, we'd really love to get totebags printed this year. Hence the "possibly more" piece.

This event is all about giving back to the indie bookstores that give us so much. Join us in celebrating them.
