Join us from 4:00pm - 7:00pm on Saturday, September 14th at McCabe Park Community Center as Nashville Parks Foundation hosts its annual fundraiser, Picnic for the Parks. Now in it's third year, Picnic for the Parks will feature live music, an open bar, and delicious picnic box dinners. Free parking available at Sylvan Park Church, 4701 Wyoming Avenue, with continuous shuttle service. Everyone needs a ticket to attend. While children may attend with a ticket, the event is planned with a 21+ atmosphere. The playground will not be included in the venue space in order to give park users full access to Saturday afternoon amenities. This year’s event will benefit the McCabe Park playground and community center. Located in the dynamic Sylvan Park neighborhood, McCabe Park is serving more families who seek a larger playground structure to serve children of all age groups as well as improvements to the community center.
