Matt Coday, President & Founder of the Oil & Gas Workers Association (OGWA) Biography:

Matt Coday is a fourth-generation oilfield worker. In 2015, Coday founded Oil & Gas Workers Association (OGWA) to fight for American workers and families. Matt lives in the Permian Basin of Texas and learned all the best things he knows from his parents, grandparents, family, and friends.
