This giving season, we're launching a 100-donor challenge to close out 2025. Not collecting a dollar amount but instead collecting 100 people who believe Hawaiʻi's talent shouldn't have to choose between career growth and staying home.

Any gift amount keeps our programs accessible, funds the in-person spaces where mentorship happens, and helps us build pathways that keep skilled professionals rooted in their community.

To date, we've supported 40+ local residents through real startup projects and mentorship. 73% landed jobs within 3–6 months, earning an average of $44/hour (double minimum wage). That's what workforce development looks like when it centers community needs.
