Our Mission

Pioneer Winter Collective is an intergenerational, physically integrated dance-theater company that seeks to democratize performance for all bodies. Through original contemporary dance works for stage, screen, and non-traditional spaces, the facilitation of panels for the general audience, and community workshops, PWC uses dance, storytelling, and performance techniques to amplify agency, identity, and resilience of both its audiences and artists.
