Spay and Neuter Voucher Program
THIS IS A FUTURE PROGRAM, NOT CURRENTLY ACTIVE.
There is a local nonprofit who offers FREE spay and neuter for dogs and cats for residents of Bakersfield, CA. We would love to be able to support their efforts by funding some of their spay and neuter clinics! The focus of our specific Spay and Neuter Voucher Program would be exclusive to funding procedures for pitbull and bully type dogs.
