At Level One Fitness, we believe mentorship isn’t just a conversation t’s an experience. Pivot to Connect is a dynamic mentorship program designed to empower young men from middle school through college by combining fitness, structure, and real-life dialogue.

This monthly program, in partnership with The Pivot Coach LLC, creates a safe and impactful space where young men can build resilience, discipline, and confidence physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Through our Fitness Challenge, participants engage in structured workouts, conditioning, and team-based drills that push them beyond their limits and teach accountability, teamwork, and perseverance.

Through our Connection Circle, we go deeper. These guided discussions focus on purpose, emotional intelligence, vulnerability, and real-life challenges helping young men develop the mindset needed to navigate life with strength and clarity.
