Young adults that transition out of the foster care system are way more likely to face injustices without support and networks of help. The difficulties faced are staggering and often lead to the experience of homelessness, joblessness, increased risk of incarceration, and sometimes even trafficking. Our MISSION is to support young adults who have aged out of foster care by providing trauma-informed employment, life skills and mentorship through our coffee shop we plan to open in Raleigh. This is where we need your help! We are raising money so that we can start a community that helps meet the needs of young adults aging out.

Up until launching this campaign, you had helped raised over $60,000 towards this large effort! As we have moved to a better giving platform, we are able to launch this campaign and the money we have already raised is reflected in the goal amount on the campaign.

Each and every dollar donated is going to be directly impacting the lives of young adults transitioning out of the foster care system. In addition to raising money for startup capital, we also intend to be able to provide competitive wages for our employees, while covering the cost of mentorship and life skills classes taught by experienced individuals.
