One dollar a month. One generation of climate leaders.

In Baltimore, nearly 1 in 3 school-age children live in neighborhoods where fresh fruits and vegetables are hard to find. Across America, more than 1 in 5 kids now live with obesity. And the way we produce food drives over a third of the world's climate pollution.

These kids didn't create the climate crisis. With the right knowledge, they can help lead us out of it.

⭐ The Power of Food Program

Climate Diet's Power of Food Program is a hands-on curriculum that connects food, health and climate in public schools. Students learn:

🌱 How plant-based eating fuels their bodies and prevents diet-related disease
🌍 How food choices affect our climate and environment
🐾 Why compassion for animals matters
🥗 Simple, healthy recipes to take home to their families

We're starting at City Springs Elementary/Middle School in Baltimore City and Parkville Middle School in Baltimore County. Both schools serve diverse communities facing limited access to fresh produce, high rates of childhood obesity and diet-related chronic conditions.

Why $1?

Because change grows from small seeds. One dollar may not seem like much, but thousands of us giving $1 every month becomes steady, reliable funding that keeps lessons in classrooms all year.

Your gift puts climate education in classrooms and helps build a sustainable future led by the next generation of climate leaders.

Join the $1 Generation today

Choose a monthly gift of $1, or give $5 or $10 a month to reach even more students. Every gift goes toward helping young people make choices that are good for their health and good for the planet.
