Help Project VOYCE reach its goal of $12,000 to support innovative youth co-designed curriculum and peer-facilitated programming that develops young, culturally aware, transformative leaders. We believe that BIPOC youth are the experts in their own experience and must be equitable partners in their own development and the development of their community.

This giving season we are cultivating abundance with the young people we share this work with and the community we belong to. We continue to shift our organizational culture toward collective care and sustainability because "Our movements themselves have to be healing, or there's no point to them" —Cara Page.

To genuinely center the experiences and brilliance of those most impacted by systemic oppression in our programming, we must adopt collective practices for healing and transformation within our programs and organizational structure, allowing us to honor grief, trauma, and remembering.

As part of its legacy and vision for the future, Project VOYCE is responsible for acknowledging and addressing the impacts of systemic oppression as it pertains to youth gaining the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to demonstrate their wisdom, use their unique voice, and take action.
