The PLUS1 x NOISE FOR NOW Reproductive Health Access Fund supports grassroots organizations working tirelessly throughout the United States to provide and protect our Reproductive Rights. These providers include the full spectrum of Reproductive Healthcare: contraceptives, unbiased birth assistance, abortion, and gender affirming care, particularly in marginalized or vulnerable communities.

Why?
The United States Supreme Court has overturned the landmark Roe V. Wade decision of 1973, eliminating the right to choose abortion. In a massive backslide for human rights, this leaves pregnant people in many states facing bans or legal ambiguity that make it impossible to access safe abortion. In some states, new laws are being considered that make it a crime to travel across state lines to access abortion and/or encourage untrained citizens to “enforce” bans in exchange for cash incentives. Forced pregnancy disproportionately affects people living in poverty, and those living in rural areas of the country, as well as Black women, who face a maternal mortality rate that is three times that of white women. We must act now to ensure that all Americans have access to the Reproductive Healthcare they need and deserve.

Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

• Minimum $5.00 donation per entry

• There is no entry limit - the more times you donate the better your chances are of being selected!

• There will be 10 random draws each day (Saturday 8/27 and Sunday 8/28) from the full list of donors each time

• General Admission pass holders will be upgraded to VIP and VIP pass holders will be upgraded to Clubhouse (You must 21+ to access the Clubhouse)

• The last draws will take place at 7:45pm PST on Saturday and 6:45pm PST on Sunday

• Winners will be contacted via text and email

• 100% of raised funds will go to charity with 90% going to organizations working for reproductive health access rights in the USA and 10% remaining with PLUS1 (registered (501(c)3))

• Winners must be 18+ and valid ticket holders for the 2022 This Ain’t No Picnic festival in Pasadena, California. No transfers.

• Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
