The Franklin/Fulton MH/IDD/EI Department works closely with the Veterans Affairs Department to help support our local veterans and their families. We are looking for community members to join us in helping support our local veterans through donations made to the Veterans Day Throw Down challenge. All funds raised through the Veterans Day Throw Down (11/1 - 11/11) will benefit the Franklin County Veterans Affairs Outreach Fund, which supports a variety of programs serving over 13,000 veterans who call Franklin County home. Programs are funded solely through community support and donations and include Operation Save-a-Vet, Save-a-Pet, Operation Rucks to Reins, Franklin County MilitaryShare, and the annual We Salute You Scholarship, among others. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help us add to the supports provided.Please join us in this fundraiser to benefit our local heros!
