Pop Up: Village of Care — A Vision for Community-Centered Healing 

The 2026 Pop Up: Village of Care (August 22–23, 2026 at Liberty Park, Spokane, WA) is a two-day, immersive community experience designed to preview a future village of culturally rooted care. This walk-through micro-village brings together free healthcare services, housing navigation, food, wellness activities, culture, youth programming, and life resources all in one shared, accessible space.

Unlike traditional health fairs, this event models a new way of caring for neighbors — where dignity, belonging, and community wisdom are at the core. Attendees will receive medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, and wellness resources alongside community storytelling, art, nourishment, and legal/financial navigation. 

This Village is part of Maji Rising’s broader mission to make healthcare and holistic support equitable, culturally responsive, and grounded in trust and joy.
