Hosted by Project Love Strong, each experience blends hospitality with purpose, giving residents, teams, students, faculty, and community groups an opportunity to relax, connect, and participate in a hands-on giveback activity that supports neighbors in need.

Pour It Forward experiences are available for residential communities, offices and workplace teams, schools, universities, professional groups, and other organizations looking for a fresh way to bring people together with purpose. Whether it’s a resident social, team connection event, campus gathering, or community engagement activity, we curate the experience to fit the setting.

PLS will provide a two-hour hosted Coffee & Connection experience curated for up to 25 guests. The experience includes two selected specialty iced beverages, beverage preparation and service supplies, curated milk/flavor/topping options, a small tasting bite, materials for the agreed-upon community giveback activity, hosting and facilitation, setup, and reasonable cleanup support.

The Host Community will provide the agreed-upon event space, resident/guest invitations, music, access to agreed-upon property amenities, and any additional snacks or food it chooses to offer.

PAYMENT & RESERVATION

A 50% reservation payment is required to secure the experience date. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled experience. Additional requests outside the agreed experience may require an additional fee approved by the Host Community in advance.

ATTENDANCE & CHANGES

The experience is designed for a maximum of 25 guests. Material changes to attendance, beverage selections, location or event requirements should be communicated to PLS as early as possible and may affect pricing or available service.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Reservation payments are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another mutually available date when at least 7 days' notice is provided. PLS will work reasonably with the Host Community regarding emergencies, severe weather or circumstances outside either party's control.

FOOD, BEVERAGE & PROPERTY

The Host Community agrees to communicate known dietary restrictions or allergies disclosed by participating guests. PLS cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. The Host Community is responsible for ensuring that the selected event space is appropriate and authorized for the experience. Each party is responsible for its own acts, personnel and property.

PHOTOS & IMPACT

PLS may photograph the experience and its giveback activity for impact reporting and organizational communications when permitted by the Host Community. Any property-specific photography restrictions should be communicated before the event.
