Protecting Exeter's Heritage: Save The Ladd Gilman House (1721)

Decades of wear and tear have taken their toll on the Ladd-Gilman House, which requires a number of essential repairs, including plaster repair, interior and exterior painting, electrical upgrades, and lining the chimney that vents the furnace.  Completing these projects in 2024 is crucial to not only help preserve this invaluable historic building, but ensure compliance with current code requirements.  (preparing for the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 2026…..the house represents the extraordinary contribution the family made to the founding of the country)
