For more than 30 years, Prisma Community Care has stood with Arizona’s 2SLGBTQIA+ community, offering care that sees, supports, and celebrates every person who walks through our doors. Each month, over 1,900 Arizonans rely on us for affirming primary care, mental health counseling, HIV/STI testing, and gender-affirming services.

But affirming care doesn’t just happen. It’s championed.

Why We Launched Prisma Champions

While grants help support many of our essential programs, gaps remain, especially for our uninsured and underinsured patients. That’s where you come in. Prisma Champions is a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign powered by people like you: supporters, advocates, and community builders who want to make sure no one is turned away from life-affirming care because of cost.

Every dollar you raise fuels affirming, life-saving care. Here’s how:

$25/month
Covers a full year of reproductive health visits for one uninsured patient.
$50/month
Pays for annual hormone-therapy labs for a trans or non-binary patient.
$100 (one-time)
Funds one wellness visit for an uninsured community member.
$250 (one-time)
Supports four reproductive care visits for a community member in need.
$500 (one-time)
Covers four mental health sessions for someone in crisis.
$1,000 (one-time)
Provides hormone lab coverage for three trans or non-binary patients for a full year.
