Sufia Ikbal-Doucet (they/them) is a creator of luxurious healing spaces, a teacher of heart-led earth connection, and a doula of personal transformation.

Sufia helps you to remember you inherent belonging on earth, your direct connection to and communication with Source, how to develop reverent relationships with yourself and nature, and how to deliciously embody your life force in a truly liberatory & world-changing way. They especially love working with the sensitives, the creatives, the spiritual orphans (with disconnected lineage), the queers, those pushed to the margins, and the open-hearted beings who prioritize wonder.

Sufia's work is rooted in the question of how to human well, in order to community well. Essentially, Sufia supports people who care about the world to better care for themselves so that they can show up fully and authentically, in an earth-honoring, creative, joy-filled way. 

They guide you in developing practices, perspectives, and permission to live from your intuition, to communicate with the unseen realms, to effectively embody your world-changing power, and cultivate the delicious life you're here to live. Sufia offers heart-led herbalism courses, reverence-based earth connection, and sovereign intuition development.

Sufia creates containers that are attuned to bodies that have often not been honored in "healing" spaces - for instance, melanated bodies, queer and genderqueer bodies, fat bodies, disabled and ill bodies.​ Sufia curates earth-honoring QTBIPOC-centered spaces, and welcomes all who are ready to co-create a liberatory healing environment.
