About Project WILL, Inc.

We create opportunities for participants to give back to their supportive communities by volunteering. We conduct personal responsibility classes and job readiness training that foster positive growth. We facilitate a peer mentoring program that allows individuals who have progressed through our initiatives to lead by example.

The L.I.N.K.S. (Leadership, Independence, Neighborly, Knowledge and Skills) Initiative is a transitional training day program for young adults with disabilities ages 18-35 that is designed to build vocational skills, increase social skills, and enhance character. It is designed to:

  • To increase access to prospects and provide training that will enable individuals with disabilities to connect to a more independent life
  • To promote collaboration with business partners and community stakeholders for effective implementation
  • To help focus and streamline transition IEP development
