Project Pandora is the heart of The Haus of H — a regenerative queer-led sanctuary uniting elder care, intergenerational living, and spiritual retreat on 100+ acres in the Berkshires (MA) or Rochester (NY).

It’s more than a home.
It’s a living promise — that queer people of every age will have a place to heal, create, and belong.

30 private suites • integrative medical wing • communal kitchen & gardens
– Primary care, HIV treatment, and gender-affirming services
– Free & low-cost clinic open to the wider LGBTQIA+ community
– Sustainable income model through affordable wellness services

PHASE 2 – The Village

30 tiny homes • permaculture gardens • shared library, pool, and co-work hub
– Intergenerational living that fosters connection and mentorship
– Renewable energy systems and local employment

PHASE 3 – The Retreat & Residency Center

30 guest suites • communal dining hall • facilitator housing
– Hosts retreats, workshops, and creative residencies
– Revenue flows back into resident care and community programs
