At Project Rise with Dr. Helen Inc., we train women—especially women of color—to become elite project managers:

These aren’t just courses. They’re career-changing, life-defining moments.

Who We’re Lifting Up

We serve smart, capable women who are ready to lead—but have been locked out of leadership due to systemic barriers, career interruptions, or lack of access.

They are:

Moms returning to the workforce
Women stuck in stagnant roles but leading behind the scenes
First-generation professionals with no formal support
Black and Brown women who’ve been overlooked for too long
Laid-off workers ready to reskill and reinvent
Natural leaders who’ve never been handed the title—but carry the weight

What We Do

We run 4 cohorts per year. Each one trains up to 10 women through our signature program, which includes:

14 weeks of immersive training in project management + leadership
PMP certification exam prep
Mentorship and coaching with seasoned experts
Real-world application through simulated or live projects
Resume and LinkedIn support
Placement connections with employers who value results

We don’t just check boxes. We build elite project managers who lead with emotional intelligence, stakeholder engagement, risk planning, and measurable results.

The Need: $50,000 to Fund 10 Scholarships

Our goal is to raise $50,000 to fund 10 full scholarships for women in our next two cohorts:

May 21st, 2025
Aug 6th, 2025

Breakdown:

$50 = Course materials
$150 = Mentorship session
$500 = One week of full training
$1500 = Three weeks of full training
$2500 = Half of the scholarship
$4,995 = Full scholarship for one woman
Every gift counts. Every dollar lifts a future leader closer to her seat at the table.

Why It Matters

Only 29% of project management roles are held by women.
Only 4.3% of executive roles are held by Black women.

Project Rise is our response to that gap.
This isn’t a bootcamp — it’s a leadership accelerator.

We’re not just training project managers.
We’re raising leaders who can walk into any room and deliver results with clarity, confidence, and courage.
