Sponsor the Prom Closet Event on March 7, 2026

In partnership with Royse City ISD, EmpowerED Outreach will host the Prom Closet Program, providing students with access to prom attire and essential preparation services at no cost. This initiative ensures every student can attend prom with confidence, dignity, and support.

Sponsorship contributions help underwrite program costs including attire access, confidence-building services, floral preparation, and event logistics for students participating in the Prom Closet experience.

Each sponsorship helps create an unforgettable prom experience while expanding access to opportunity and confidence for students facing financial barriers.

Crown Sponsor – $3,500 (Presenting Sponsor)
Provides primary funding support for the Prom Closet Program and student access to prom experiences.
Includes recognition as Presenting Sponsor, featured across all media and event materials, opportunity to speak or provide a pre-recorded message, premium recognition on signage, website and social media.  A full-page advertisement in the Prom Closet Magazine.

Golden Ticket Sponsor – $2,000 (Prom Access Sponsor)
Helps underwrite prom access and participation for students facing financial barriers.
Includes recognition on thank-you signage, website, and social media. A half-page advertisement in the Prom Closet Magazine.

Glam Sponsor – $1,000 (Confidence & Preparation Sponsor)
(Floral / Beautician – In-Kind Accepted)
Helps offset the cost of confidence-building services and preparation experiences for students.
Includes recognition on signage and social media, logo on volunteer shirts if applicable. A quarter-page advertisement in the Prom Closet Magazine.

Community Impact Sponsor – $625 (Core Sponsor Level)

Provides general program support for the Prom Closet initiative, expanding access to prom experiences and confidence-building services for students.
Includes official event sponsor recognition, name or logo on sponsor signage, social media thank-you post. A business card–size advertisement in the Prom Closet Magazine.
