Join us for a 2-hour workshop of hands-on training with Hanshi Dave Kovar. In business for over 45 years of martial arts training and teaching experience on self-defense. YOU WILL LEARN -Self-Defense can be broken down into two categories: Physical and Mental. -Participants will learn the importance of building safe habits and what they can do if physically confronted. --- Free event with donations to the Satori Foundation accepted. For participants 13 years or older.
