AVANCE Collective was founded in September 2023 with the idea that individuals within our industry could have limitless impact on our global community if we could each donate as little as $100 per year – imagine what we could do! 

AVANCE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and distributes 100% of Avancers’ donations to vetted non-profits focusing on four core pillars: the next generation of our industry, emergency relief efforts, support for LGBTQ youth and national advocacy, and providing micro-loans to global entrepreneurs – all of which we believe closely relate to the travel and hospitality industry. 

Since being founded, AVANCE has raised and distributed more than $100,000.  We are so grateful to those who have supported our mission and look ahead toward seeing our limitless impact, together.
