Formerly known as the Spin-A-Rama Ride for Hope, this revitalized event is all about action, connection and transforming lives through the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg’s Community Health Programs.

During this celebration of health, power up your workout by joining us for an inspiring cycling ride, a high-energy LES MILLS™ BODYPUMP class, and gentle yoga or support us in spirit by making a donation.

In Support of YMCA Parkinson's Disease Program

YMCA Power Up For Health benefits Parkinson's Disease Programming, providing evidence-based support to individuals with specific health needs:

Total Parkinson's: An evidence-based wellness program designed by leading Parkinson's fitness specialists that includes cycling classes, mixed ability strength, cardio and balance and boot camp levels.
Mindful Movement: an adaptive yoga class for people with neurological and movement disorders
Neuro Challenge Care Partner Connection Support Group: In this group, care partners have the opportunity to meet in this supportive environment while their PWP is attending select fitness classes facilitated by the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg in collaboration with Neuro Challenge.
Y-Pals Parkinson's Participant Support group: In this group that meets once per month, participants have an opportunity to share ideas on managing the disease, hear from guest speakers and learn from other people living with PD in a supportive setting.
Parkinson's One-on-One Personal Training: Personal training packages are available for our participants with Parkinson's Disease. Individual training with our nationally-certified personal trainers can offer an even more customized approach

Check out this year's shirt options! Participants can choose from the blue unisex tee in Dri-Fit material, or the black unisex muscle tank in a polyester/cotton blend.

Participants are encouraged to register by Wednesday, February 11 to guarantee a shirt. Shirts may be picked up in-person at your home branch prior to the event.
