All Aboard Animal Rescue Waiver and Release of Liability

Waiver and Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the adoption event (the "Activity") offered by All Aboard Animal Rescue the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, emotional distress, and other damages that may arise from interacting with animals, such as biting, scratching, or other animal behavior. I acknowledge that while the Organizer takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety of all participants, unforeseen incidents may occur.
Health and Safety: I confirm that I am in good health and capable of participating in the Activity. I agree to follow all instructions given by the Organizer and its representatives to ensure the safety and well-being of myself, other participants, and the animals involved.
Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency during the Activity, I consent to receive necessary medical treatment. I understand that the Organizer is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation in the Activity.
Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Organizer, its employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the Activity, including but not limited to injuries caused by animal behavior (e.g., biting, scratching) or any other incidents occurring during the Activity.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from my participation in the Activity or any breach of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
Photography and Media Release: I grant permission to the Organizer to take photographs and videos during the Activity for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and other marketing materials. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images.
Age and Consent: I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age or I am 14+ years old and will be accompanied by an adult to participate in this activity.
