Since May, we have served 403 kids our life-saving Yoga Club programs . . . but we stil have hundreds more on waitlists.

Brittany, our Founder, personally survived childhood trauma that “scores” 9 out of 10 on the ACES (Adverse Childhood Events - look it up here to find yours). Her story is a powerful and public example of resilience through proactive mental health, and is the inspiration for Yoga Club.

Our 8-part Yoga Club program combines yoga & meditation with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and social-emotional-learning to meet kids where they're at with a rainbow-color-coded “Club in a Box.”

In 5 months of delivering this innovative hybrid model, 400+ kids have been served in 31 locations, moving “up” the pyramid from safety & belonging to confidence & contribution.

Why Magical Yoga?

Researchers agree yoga and meditation improve mental health. The Magical Yoga Philosophy taught in Yoga Club is specifically trauma-informed and designed to promote resilience to Adverse Childhood Events (ACEs). These “stop drop and roll” practices for mental health are intentionally life-saving and lifelong, resulting in proactive prevention.

Yoga Club is free, easy to implement, and made for a post-covid world full of youth whose mental health is suffering.
