Being a parent is beautiful, but it can also be hard and isolating. The difficulty is only compounded when one or more of the parents involved is struggling with their mental health. Through a peer support program, providing subsidized therapy, and providing continued support groups and educational opportunities, APW is working to ensure that all families in the Athens area feel supported in their parenting journeys.
