3/27 update: We are gaining some great fundraising momentum, hitting $14k of the $25k goal this weekend across 72 amazing donors. Atletico Futbol Club was founded 4 years ago when it became clear that median household incomes were barriers to many young children's ability to play the sport of soccer. Entry points into very expensive clubs, leagues and tournaments prohibited children - whom the sport is part of their culture - like song, dance, diet and religion - from participating.

Recently, the global market has taken notice of Atletico and it's program with top academies inviting players to travel to Europe to train in professional academy environments. With the help of Bellevue Youth Soccer and Washington Youth Soccer, we are provided with operational infrastructure to make this dream a possibility.

We are raising funds through sponsorship and donations to help offset travel and board cost to send 40-60 players to a required National Showcase in Arizona March 2022 and then to Barcelona in Summer 2022. Would kindly ask for your support in helping to make this dream experience a reality for our young players.
