Sign up for the Kindness Challenge.
Follow our daily theme guide for 5 days of inspired note-writing:
- Day 1: Heart Day - Fill your notes with love and compassion
- Day 2: Red Day - Use red pens, stickers, or paper to signify courage and strength
- Day 3: Sticker Day - Decorate your notes with fun, uplifting stickers
- Day 4: Colorful Day - Use a variety of vibrant colors to create eye-catching and cheerful notes
- Day 5: Out of This World Day - Write space-themed notes with cosmic puns and stellar encouragement
Set aside some time each day to write your themed notes of encouragement.
