Catalyst Leadership Program

The Catalyst Leadership Initiative is a two-year program equipping college students with the skills, mindset, and experiences to become leaders in their careers, communities, and personal lives. Through mentorship, workshops, service projects, and hands-on leadership opportunities, students grow in self-awareness, professional readiness, and financial literacy.

We are grateful to currently serve students from Auburn University, Troy University, and Tuskegee University — and because of our success, we’ve been invited to expand to other campuses across Alabama. With your support, we can equip even more students to thrive in life after college and step boldly into the real world as servant leaders.

Year 1 focuses on building strong foundations in leadership, communication, and career preparation and financial foundations. 

Year 2 empowers students to apply their skills through capstone projects, mentorship, and community impact initiatives.
