Lift As You Grow is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that empowers vulnerable and at-risk women by providing economic mobility through transitional employment and adult education as well as a safe space for a healing and healthy society.

We are a 12-week program that provides weekly classes that help participants with financial literacy, skill-building, e-learning certificates, and goal setting. Additional community mentorship educates them on housing options, medical resources, and nutrition. The program also works with individuals by providing counseling, transitional employment or job placement, childcare, and additional resources the participants may need to transition to a positive life and success to support themselves and their families.

Our goal is to prevent unemployment, homelessness, and abuse by bridging the gaps some women need by providing the resources to allow them to choose a secure and confident path to become productive citizens and thriving individuals.
