Ant'ny Wardle's Story

Ant, a staple in the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia beer community, passed away in the summer of 2024. A group of his closest industry friends created a beer in his honor, and we asked that the proceeds be donated in his name. Before his passing, Ant wanted to get involved in helping more people of color enter the brewing industry, so we chose the MJF as one of the organizations to receive these donations.

Ant'ny was a larger-than-life personality with a heart to match. He worked in sales for several PA craft breweries, and forged friendships with everyone he met. His smile could light up a room, his laugh was infectious, and he made every event better just by being there. Ant could talk for hours about beer, food, movies, and sports, and never ceased to make everyone laugh. We hope donations in his name are made beyond "The Rev" proceeds, and thank all those that contribute.
